MEET OUR METHODOLOGY
CELCORP uses the systemic theory to understand the phenomena and/or elements of an organization, because these are not isolated, they inter-relate and influence each other. This expanded vision of the organizational context, from the complexity perspective, allows finding smarter solutions and alternatives to problems and the achievement of more consistent results. In parallel to the systemic theory, we adopt the PDCA – Plan, Do, Check and Action – as a management method to optimize decisions and facilitate the achievement of goals. In conjunction with the PDCA and the systemic theory, we practice the Andragogy science – the art of facilitating the learning processes in adults. CELCORP intends to be their Corporate University.
